Upon upgrading to MT2.63 I noticed yet another generated file new to the distribution. It was called rsd.xml and it seemed to list an API or something to my blog. Anyway searching Google yielded some answers and it seems as though RSD is spreading throughout blogland hence I will also conform 🙂 Check out my new rsd link in the left hand navigation panel under XML Feeds.

Well it must be the season for it, I’m just about to move house and we’ve just moved server for our web host. The change gave me the opportunity to install the latest MovableType package the way I wanted it done and also to experiment with the superb export and import functionality of the system. Nice one MT!

All those who are dedicated followers of politics on RTE or who are regular readers of the Irish Times will be familiar with the name of Kevin Myers. A rather enthusiastic journalist with often strongly opinionated views and humorous angles, is sometimes a breath of fresh air in an otherwise musty cupboard of current affairs. Although I strongly disagree with Kevin’s views in this latest article I think it is cunningly written and typically witty Irish Times Article – An Irishman’s Diary
